In the field of laser cutting, the stability and efficiency of loading and unloading processes directly impact overall production line performance. To address common industry challenges such as difficult sheet separation, complex commissioning, and high maintenance costs, Yangzhou Antil Automation has announced a comprehensive upgrade of its laser loading and unloading product line. The new series comes standard with magnetic separation, vibration separation, air blowing separation, and thickness detection, ensuring reliable sheet separation under various working conditions. In addition, key components have been optimized to significantly improve ease of installation, commissioning, and long-term maintenance.
Multi-Technology Separation System Ensures Consistent Material Handling
Sheet separation is one of the most critical steps in laser cutting automation. Traditional methods often struggle to handle variations in sheet thickness, surface conditions, or oily coatings. Yangzhou Antil Automation’s upgraded product line integrates four separation technologies—magnetic, vibration, air blowing, and thickness detection—into a unified system. Magnetic separation efficiently handles ferrous materials, vibration disrupts adhesion between sheets without leaving any deformations, air blowing assists in separating non-magnetic or thin sheets, and thickness detection provides real-time feedback to prevent double-sheet feeding. This combined approach ensures stable and reliable material supply for laser cutting systems.

Optimized Key Components for Easier Commissioning and Maintenance
Beyond the separation system, Yangzhou Antil Automation has introduced several improvements to core components. The adoption of fieldbus valve terminal simplifies control wiring, improves response speed, and enhances scalability. A centralized lubrication system makes simple the lubrication of critical moving parts, reducing manual maintenance frequency. Dual balancing cylinders ensure smoother beam movement, improving accuracy and service life. Metal wire ducts enhance wiring organization and protection, making the equipment more robust in demanding industrial environments. These upgrades streamline on-site installation and commissioning, significantly reducing setup time. The modular design and centralized lubrication also lower the complexity of routine maintenance, helping users reduce total cost of ownership.

Driving Intelligent Evolution in Laser Automation
R&D director of Yangzhou Antil Automation commented, “Although loading and unloading are auxiliary processes in laser cutting, they play a crucial role in overall line efficiency. Our upgrade focuses on solving the real-world challenges our users face—instability, difficult maintenance, and low efficiency—by strengthening both the separation system and core components. We aim to deliver equipment that is more durable, user-friendly, and easier to maintain.”
As laser cutting systems move toward higher power, greater automation, and unattended operation, the stability and intelligence of loading and unloading solutions are becoming key factors in equipment selection. Yangzhou Antil Automation’s latest upgrade not only addresses current industry pain points but also sets a new benchmark for efficiency and reliability in laser cutting automation.
