In an era of rapid technological advancement, automation is transforming production models across industries at an unprecedented pace, and the sheet metal processing sector is no exception. Recently, Yangzhou ANTIL Automation Technology Co., Ltd., leveraging a decade of expertise in sheet metal automation, successfully launched the integrated laser cutting automated loading and unloading system—the ALM series.

The standout feature of the ALM series lies in its unique integrated design. It innovatively combines a smart storage system, high-speed loading and unloading devices, and C-MES central management software into a highly integrated "all-in-one" design. This completely eliminates the complex transfer space and additional transport equipment traditionally required between separate storage systems and laser cutting machines. This design not only reclaims valuable production space—saving up to 70%-80% of floor space compared to conventional solutions—but also significantly reduces factory rental or construction costs.

Intelligent material flow selection is at the core of ALM's advantages. Processed sheets are no longer limited to a single destination; the operating system can intelligently decide the flow of finished products based on preset instructions. On one hand, sheets that have completed all cutting processes can be directly output and quickly transferred to the next stage. On the other hand, workpieces requiring temporary storage can be automatically returned to designated locations in the storage system via lifting mechanisms. This significantly extends unmanned operation duration, as operators no longer need to interrupt the entire automated process to retrieve a small number of workpieces. Under the real-time scheduling and monitoring of the central management software, ALM achieves true "batch-level" unmanned production, greatly enhancing both efficiency and stability.

In terms of technical parameters, taking the 3015 sheet size as an example, ALM offers a load capacity of 3,000 kg per layer, a maximum sheet thickness of 6 mm, maximum sheet dimensions of 1500*3000 mm, and minimum sheet dimensions of 1250*1250 mm. This versatility allows it to meet diverse sheet metal processing needs, from large-scale industrial manufacturing to small-scale precision machining, with ease.
